Shipping & Delivery

At Onyx Shotz, our products are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner MerchOne. As a result, items do not need to be kept in stock beforehand, and every product is made specially for you.

Processing Your Order

After placing your order, it is sent to production as quickly as possible. Standard production time usually takes 2 to 3 business days, depending on the product. For orders containing multiple different product types, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping

Following production, your order is carefully packaged and handed over to the carrier. For shipments from Europe to the Netherlands and Belgium, average shipping time takes approximately 4 to 7 business days.

Track & Trace

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code (if tracking is available). This allows you to follow your package's progress. Please note that it can sometimes take a few business days for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure every order is delivered as quickly as possible, exceptional delays can occur during production or transit. The stated delivery times are therefore guidelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.
